The Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach area was the big winner this week with 4 sales, 3 homes and 1 lot. 8 of the sales this week were REO/Bank Owned/Distressed/Short Sales. An average of more than 2 sales a day this week is the best indictor of the heating trend in the Gulf Coast Real Estate market.
Interest Rates remain consistent this week with the 30 year fixed is a bit lower than last week @ 3.75% and the 15 year just a bit lower @ 3.125%.. Crazy, as that 15 year fixed is really close to being a 2+% opportunity!!
