As we continue settling into this bright new year, there are loads of activities underway, from the shop-dine-unwind in the historic town of Port St. Joe, to the Winter Bay Day Shrimp Boil, put on by the friends of St. Joseph Bay Preserve, you can rest assured that here along the shores of St. Joe Bay and The Gulf of Mexico, there is something for everyone!  Even during this time of year the natural beauty of our Eco-friendly lifestyle is at it&#8217;s best!</p>

Of these sales, 9 transactions closed due to a REO/Bank Owned/Distressed/Short Sale/Foreclosure situation, 11 buyers paid cash sales, and 11 purchased their gulf coast property by securing conventional financing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of my most favorite places in the world tops the list this week on great deals in <a href="http://g3realtygroup.com/mls.cfm">Florida&#8217;s Forgotten Coast Real Estate Market</a>! Yes, <a href="http://g3realtygroup.com/indian-pass-florida-real-estate-listings.cfm">Indian Pass</a>, or &#8221;The Pass&#8221;, as we locals like to call it, gained a couple of new members to the community last week, as one great buy on an Indian Pass Beach Home and another Indian Pass Gulf View property were two of the best deals of <a href="http://g3realtygroup.com/indian-pass-florida-real-estate-listings.cfm">Indian Pass real estate for sale</a>! Out on &#8220;The Pass&#8221;, time is always of the essence, but quite atypical of that hasty phrase, as out here, while the time spent is filled with an excitement like no other, even the pelicans don&#8217;t care what time it is out on this playful penninsula!? <p>4 Buyers took advatage of those historically low interest rates by securing conventional financing and no wonder with the 30 year fixed @ 3.875% and the 15 year fixed @ 3.25%. Even those looking in the jumbo loan range have great opportunity as the 30 year fixed in that range is @ 5% and the 15 is @ 4.375%.</p>

Originally this lot sold for $50,000 in 2003!</p>
